Trevor as much as he annoys me at times (like in his introduction in Blaine County) is essential to the story and Michael is easily the most important protagonist, the whole story revolves around him. Steven Ogg's VO is the only good thing about that character and while he could be included as either an antagonist or simply mission giver, he's too gimmicky and too overdone to be fitting into protagonist role. And, yes, there should be a "None of the above" option in the GTA V forum. The very fact that this forum already has a "Whine and Complain" thread means that while the people posting here are not obliged to only post "positive things," in here, the tie goes to the runner, so to speak, the runner being that the game gets the "benefit of the doubt" insofar as within reason, threads should at least offer the fans of the game the opportunity to make a pro-V choice in the thread. The fact that we already have a Whine & Complain thread is generous of the mods, and I support the right to have that thread free of debate and argument. But there is no reason for ANOTHER thread that offers members NO viable positive choice in the discussion. Not in this forum. There should at least be a "C" choice to open up the discussion to ALL members, not just the detractors here. You guys already have a thread like that and should be satisfied with that. I don't believe that people should be allowed to have "multiple threads" in the GTA V Forum that don't allow positive or "pro V" discourse to be added. You cannot have a bunch of threads that exclude V fans in the V forum! Its that simple. I'll tell you why: Because this thread, by its very intent, and with all the IV fan commentary in it, is meant as a purely V-bash. There are PLENTY of threads in this forum, including the Whine & Complain thread, where eveyone weighed in on how much they hate one or all of the protagonists. Not adding a "None of the above" choice at this point in the forum's history AND with the OP and other IV fan collective commentary is clearly meant to attack V in the V forum, and single out V fans from posting here without a "None of the above" choice. There is no doubt in my mind that the intent of this thread, from its outset, is to add another "V-Hate" topic to the forum.
