Weird Glitch in GTA 5

So this is what happened,

I was driving back to Michael's hous when suddenly I saw Jimmy on the road. And by the way I was riding Tracey's car. I tried hitting him and when he died, I got police. When I went in and got out of Tracey's car, it suddenly started to move and hit me. When I saw the person who was inside, it was Jimmy! After that he went out of the car and ran. This was seen on the PS3. Thanks
