Did Criminal Mastermind and Loyalty but didn't get the money and R

Me and a crew did Criminal Mastermind and Loyalty but I somehow didn't get the money, everyone else I played with got the money. I've sent Rockstar two tickets and tweeted at them but they are ignoring me, what can I do?

Had something similar happen when we did it. The loyalty challenge didn't pay out. We contacted R* but they were draggin their collective heels. Whoever you did the first Fleeca job with get them and do it again. We found this out quite by accident. When we finished Fleeca for the second time the loyalty challenge paid out. For whatever reason the first time it didn't count Fleeca. Both the all in order and the CMM paid out but for some reason it didn't count the Fleeca job against the loyalty challenge. Try this but make sure you use the same player you did it with the first time....

Edit: I re-read your post and just wanted to check, you didn't get paid for any of it or just part of it? Did the actual CMM pay out the 10M?

Did you happen to record it? That would hasten your response time, but you have a legit reasoning for recouping lost time in the form of GTA$.

Check your heist progress.

Check your Heist Awards, look at loyalty and all in a row, if its missing 1-3 go with one of the people who was with you, and do the Fleeca heist again.

 

If you are on PC and rockstar ignore you, PM me and I will sort you the money for free.

I too filed a support ticket but after a lengthy discourse R* said they could not verify that I completed it.

 

Your only saving grace is to take screen grab with your CMMC progress, if it shows 26/26 you can send them that to prove you did it.

 

For me, I literally just past it yesterday with a new crew and got everything.

 

Although, our loyalty challenge got messed up so we had to replay Fleeca job to fix it.

How long was it, I didn't get my loyalty money and I logged a ticket and they gave it to me no questions asked, just had to send them the players I played with and when I finished the heist, they have always been pretty good. At least give them 48 hours.

how long ago did you submit the first support ticket and then how long fter did you submit the second ticket? I ask because a lot of times it takes them a long time to respond (I have waited two weeks for a response to a support ticket before) because of the number of support tickets that they get.

Happened to us

Money was recieved next day although it took a few days for everything sorted cuz one of us only got loyalty and 2 of us only got the cmm so getting the rest was a few more days correspondence.

I tried the Flecca method but I didn't work. Rockstar said they are escalating it to the proper department but I've got a feeling I won't be getting another reply.
