Whoever is the retard at Rockstar that though a non-convertible soft top was a good idea needs to be shot down now, before s/he designs another car.

What you kids don't know is that was all apart of lowriders back in the day. They were called phantom tops. They made a hard top look like a convertible. It was all just for the looks.

 

Point is: I don't really want my Tornado to be a Lowrider... I'm just buying it for that sexy spare wheel in the back and the possibility to finally color the interior, just like a proper 1958 Bel Air.

There isn't one currently rumoured, no, but frankly I will be amazed if this car customisation DLC trend doesn't continue and doesn't include at least a few more lowriders. Not least the Peyote, Emperor and Manana, and probably others, as well as more tuners/JDM etc. and probably offroad too. R* knows there's an audience for this stuff.
