Shnockered1
Just like that, the option for self radio disappeared as an option from my hud. Where did it go? I tried doing a google search on it, and found someone on Reddit saying to do a complete music scan in the settings "audio" menu, but still nothing. I tried it multiple times, but only the rockstar default stations will show. I have nine tracks in my "user music" folder the same way I always have. Since that doesn't work anymore, can someone kindly point me to where Rockstar stores there music files, so I can overwrite them with my own? theNGclan
Make sure you actually have songs there, and make sure they're the right formats. Overwriting the songs in game won't work well because there are timetables that control how long a song plays for, so it's cut off the song and stuff. Shnockered1
I can see them in the folder, it's the same tracks that have always been in the user music folder from the very start. They ALWAYS worked, and then *POOF* no more "Self Radio". WTF?!?

Shnockered1
I had 9 1 hour .mp3s, I just made copies of each one to now increase to 18 total. If the self radio still does not show up, I am going to start to wonder if Rockstar altered something in the last patch update that is affecting my ability to even see self radio as an option in the settings menu. I noticed a parameter called "audio heap" in gameconfig.xml, whose value is set to 195. Could that value have something to do with this? It always worked before the patch update, now suddenly it doesn't work at all.

Alvarez
Don't scare me like that, OP. I have 10 long tracks with custom ads and a female slavic DJ in it.

Maryo_Nicle7
Strange bugs, I ever have 45+ songs in the User Music and it all plays well, and by the way the Self Radio 1.2 by Jedijosh920 looks impressive, but when I try it, the music stuttering like a radio which collided to the ground after thrown from a Maze Bank Skyscraper, but when I use the original Self Radio, the game stuttering instead, I'm still looking for a fix to stop it.
