GTAV camer sticked to planes

Flying in a fast plane like the Hydra in GTAv makes it fun to play the game.

However, it is kind of annoying that the camera is kind of stuck at the plane,

I mean the whole map is moving instead of the plane itself.

Do I need to turn off something or is it hardcoded and can't be changed.

I only want the camera not to be sticked to the plane.

 

This is on PC (d'uh) and playing with KB+M.
