Gta5 PS4 Issues (settings not saving / stuck as T)

Hello , I'm twenty (26%) something percent in story mode and already have huge issues since I bought the game...Digi version , build 1.33 I think (I'll edit this if it's incorrect , I have to check).

 

-For one I can't believe there's no exit game feature with the kind of big dev team that gta5 had/has...The issue is whenever I exit via the PS close application option (or atleast that's how it feels) , it seems to reset all my in-game settings to default (EVERYTIME!).

I'm inclined to NOT play this anymore , getting really sick of having to setup all my sensitivity options again and again , plus some audio and display ones.Everytime I start the game the R logo brightness thing pops up like I never done it before.

That's just one , but the other 20 preferences I have carefully made are gone , and of course the first and second time got me angry because I couldn't remember how much I put in the sensitivity bars , took me like 45 minutes to find a suitable balance between those to actually be able to aim and not be fully dependent on the auto aim thingy everytime , comming from a PC gamer , the joystick is strange to use , especially if you dont tweak it.

 

-Another issue I have is after the minisub mission , the change character wheel is not working anymore.

I'm stuck as Trevor and can't seem to be able to save game using Wade's cousin's house , only via phone.The safehouse isn't even on the map anymore , along with a few other stuff.I have some strangers n freaks missions and thats about it.

So I did just that , restarted the game , the whole shabang and nothing...NADA! I also did a mission hoping it will give me back my other 2 characters to play with , none of them are in hiding or anything like that , so I should be able to play with them.

 

Sorry if this is the wrong forum (PC or whatever) but I have nowhere else to ask for a solution to these problems , the internet is filled with the same exact topics and I can't seem to find any real answers , so please , pretty please , if anyone enough and wishes to explain a step by step on how to fix this.Is there any GTA5 customer support , I don't want to continue playing the game in this manor , I want to be able to play and the settings to stay as I set them , and I would really really like to continue from my 26% because I'm playing casual and don't wanna spend all of my time getting back to that point only to have it happen again.
