How to keep Custom Plates in LSC - PS4

Using the ifruit app is a pain and is unstable. But if you work around it and have patience you can figure out how to obtain the custom plates in the vehicle customization menu. The issue we run into once we create the plate, you loose it in LSC eventually and then you have to use the ifruit app to add the plate to another vehicle.

 

What EddyNasty and I have tested is: Process an order for your custom plate for a vehicle in your garage that you dont use and never take that vehicle into LSC. This will keep your custom plate in LSC so that you can add it to other vehicles.

 

This is currently the only work around I have found to allow all 30 plates to show in the LSC Plate menu and not risk loosing them down the road.

 

Note: This could work for XBOX

I'm afraid that will work "some of the time" but not 100% but I will test your advice later.

 

Even if you process it on a vehicle that is not to be driven into LSC I've found the order will reset when you log out of GTA Online and

then the plates disappear once again.

 

The only sure fire way to get your plate back 100% of the time without using Ifruit is to be linked to your Social Club account then when

you go into LSC with a vehicle, go to plate and exit immediately and let game save outside LSC, disconnect your internet router or sign

out of PSN so you are kicked offline.

 

Immediately reconnect and sign back into your Online character and go back into LSC and your plates will all be present, this is the 100

guide I have and video link can be provided from my Youtube account, credit to SeaWallTX forum member as original founder of this

method.

Another good method! I havent lost my plate yet with full power cycle but if I do im trying this ^^^^^^^^

Apologies, frustrations in game yesterday (getting spawn killed) meant I could not try your method but I intend to do so tonight, I'm going

to order it up for my Rat Loader as I never drive it so seems the perfect vehicle to run your method on, I will report back as that seems a lot

easier than disconnecting every time.
