How could I play any SFX PSP or PS.RAW from GTA LCS or VCS's audio

I used a MFAudio utility to play any SFX [any numbers]_PSP/PS.raw from GTA Liberty City Stories or Vice City Stories' SET [any numbers] folders when I already have extracted them from those two video games, which is a short length. But, I need a full raw length playable tool. Could anyone help me?
