I don't think you can...when I tried to use iFruit - it was only displaying 9 vehicles (instead of the usual 10) & none of them were the Mariachi...no option at LSC either... ...there might be a way that I don't know of - but the usual methods don't appear to work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Zader Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 It also sometimes spawns riding northbound into Paleto Bay at the billboard with a couple of Mariachi members smoking alongside it. Only spawns as far as I'm aware between 9a and 5p, and only if the weather is clear.
