Do the daily objectives still change at one am EST?

I stayed online until a little after one, and haven't gotten new daily objectives for either of my characters. I'd hate to have the weekly and monthly cycle reset just a few days before I get a monthly objective payout for my main character.

Were you up till 1 AM EST or EDT? I haven't been up till the objectives changed in a little while but I remember from last summer that during the summer it was at 2 EDT (1 EST) that they changed.
