It wouldn't be called VI or 6. Just GRAND THEFT AUTO.

The story would start in 1982 Vice City, Florida. The story involves three characters, Richie, a Vietnam vet with PTSD whose specialty is weapons supply and doing hits, Dom, a Cuban drug smuggler and Jean-Pierre, a young Haitian who escapes Haiti and reaches Vice City with big aspirations to live the American dreams. He is actually the most pure-hearted of all three.

The main antagonist is a Russian billionaire by the name of Vasily Azarov, who is league with the Colombian Cartel and a corrupt DEA agent, Mikhail Kerensky. In the game, we met a young Michael who is doing stick-up arm robberies and can join your crew as the fourth member.

Dynamic system/gameplay

Every character in the game - ranging from NPCs to story characters actually live in the City and can be visited anytime. Some have various routines, others do criminal activities on the side leading to the very first GTA game where you are thrown into an advanced AI GA where your actions will affect those around you and the story itself.

You can actually choose to be an informant to the FIB or DEA. You can go to Prison, and if you are caught you can actually serve a sentence then be released in a modern day Vice City. There are four main time periods, the eighties, the nineties, the noughties, present day. The changes would include buildings, music, shows, technology vehicles, weapons etc.

Dom is the most fun to play with, you start of selling small gear then over time you sell more. Eventually causing you to travel to Cuba by boat then back again to smuggle cocaine, as you operation grows with Richie being your right hand man and Jean-Pierre being your advisor, your empire can grow over time this cause you the freedom of what do you want to accomplish in 30+ years. You can be used or use other people.

Returning characters
Gay Tony who is a male prostitute
The Five Families who visits Vice City to establish a relationship with your Vice City organization.
Trevor can be recruited, he is actually quite handsome, sports a mullet and can be used in your organization as a stick-up kid along with Michael.

Johnny Klebitz is a young club bouncer who actually kicks Trevor's ass.

No Niko, or Roman, or Patrick however

You can build your own mansion and establish a very safe drug-running system where the right authorities are aid off.

Unfortunately, Rich dies in the story. He is beheaded by the Russian and the Cartel and the third act of the game leads you to going all out on your war against them.

That isn't the problem, the problem is with everyone else showing up. Johnny kicking Trevor's ass is literally something a Johnny fanboy would come up with.

 

Also you have your username as part of the title. You aren't Tom Clancy or Stephen King so it just looks vain. And even with them it's vain.
