I've recently tried several methods to save the cap with no luck. It will stay as long as you don't change your outfit or join any missions, heists, etc

trust me you dont want to get into badsport...

 

once you go through the system is easier to go back in.

 

once out of badsport you would find yourself constantly in dodgy status, even if you play a bunch of missions.

 

on top of that theres a chance you get affected by the badsport timer bug that freeze or multiply your badsport timer, meaning longer sentences. i once when in for a 4 day sentence that turned into 45 days thanks to this damn bug that still on the game to this day.

 

most of badsport sentences are served alone.

 

the cap cannot be saved anymore so, for your best, stay away of badsport.

 

trust me, i have been there 10 times already haha

You can join heists, missions, races etc. Just don't cycle through saved outfits.

BS was actually a fun place to be until R* decided BS's are having way too much fun and changed the system. Now public lobbies are full of ass hats like me who play the system to there advantage.

I've been put in bad sport sessions twice since starting to play on PC and the sessions were always deserted except for a couple times. Boring as f*ck, man.

 

True. Best policy would be to plan ahead, like if you were going on holiday, go mental a day or two beforehand, get BS, f*ck off for a week in Spain on the piss with some noisy lads with stupid spiky haircuts, come back, play again when your time is up.

I got into BS twice on PS3 last year, 2 days then 4 days (it doubles every time). When I finished my second stint, i went to a store and saved the cone to an outfit. I can still access it having migrated to PS4 before Christmas.

 

However, when I leave that costume on, join jobs, people kick me.

BS is a parallel dimension, where evil versions of ourselves live. You can visit, but it's a boring, sparse place. Like the Phantom Zone or something. I spent my time doing solo missions like Trash Talk and selling cars. No different to those days when you can't connect to anything. You get no invites, nobody else in there bothers with jobs.

 

I haven't been in the PS4 version. I might go mental next time I have a holiday booked, see what it's like for a day or two, then f*ck off to Barbados with a bunch of girls with big tits.

 

I bail on jobs a lot, like if the other players aren't co-operating, or the job isn't what I expected, it's a trap custom deathmatch, I have no patience. That adds to your BS count, not just nuking PVs.

Update on day two.

 

First off, the tank needs buffed. No bull sh*t. The thing is weak. But hella fun. Third time around, a jet user flies down and takes me out in three shots. Yeah. Good going on that sh*t C*.

 

Had some people complain on their mics. Stood outside Mors. Off the Radar, outside garages. Took down quite a few. Still nothing of bad sport.

Id imagine current gen BS would be a bit boring to be honest, on last gen it was a modder/hacker hell hole.

I have no intention of finding out as my next sentence will be 256 DAYS!

Since my transfer ive not hit dodgy status once i must admit its nowhere near as easy as last gen it makes me wonder how empty the lobbys are?

I only seen few dunce hats on current gen

I've blown up at least 10 pvs. But ironically enough, it's almost harder to blow up PV's when I actually want to than it is when I'm not trying to.

Join some random jobs and quit them, that ups the bad sport ante.

 

And send messages to people with English sounding names in the session asking if they can "report" you for griefing or some sh*t.
