Hey guys. Is it possible to recreate this image in much higher quality? I'm trying to make a patch for a friend of mine and he wants this as the logo.

Note; For the skull/hooded figure, since it may be hard to find that exact one just either make it from scratch or find a similar one that resembles it. Also don't worry about the patches on the side. They are too blurry to read so there's no point in making them; I'm gonna add custom patches anyways. If it's possible, could you post the PSD file for this image when it's finished so I may use it to make changes in the future?
