Gif request [from pic to gif]

Hello, I am looking for someone to add flashing lights to this car/pic.

 

 

Preferably like this this one but only the in the 'circles'. I'm not sure if they'd look better in the two outer or the inner circles. Please only add two lights to it.

 

I put red dots to the possible locations of the lights. I think I'm happy with either one.

It'd be great if the 'lights' had this sort of effect.

 

I wouldn't mind if the flashing was slower. Thank you for reading and sorry for the relatively long description, I just want to be as specific as possible.
