How do you replace a GTA V car mod with a different car/file than chos

I want to be able to change cars but I'm confused nohow to do it with the more complicated cars.

 

For example, if a Bugatti comes with adder files, carcols, vehicles.meta, and tuning files, how would I instead replace that with let's say the Cheetah? Obviously I know I can just change the name of adder.yft to cheetah.yft and put it in it's correct folder, but what about all the other files necessary?
