It's only available through mods on LG. I will say, a barless rebel with a clean interior is fairly rare, nowhere near as rare as some vehicles. The hearse for example. Technically there are zero legitimate hearses online if you think about it. A modded vehicle had to be added online for the first one to spawn, therefore tarnishing the entire chain of 'legitimately spawned' hearses. I also have the hearse but don't consider it "rare" since it can be purchased through the website by most people. You cannot buy the Hearse in the website Phoenix without the rear spoiler? I'm almost sure a few of that model spawned in the earliest days of GTA Online. You can take the spoiler off easily with the ratloader truck-bed glitch, along with a handful of cars. I appreciate that, but I've personally never been able to do it - on Xbox 360 or PC. Hey when you say "a handfull of cars" do you know any cars besisdes these 8?: Phoenix Rat loader Futo Buffalo Hotknife Panto Rebel (both rusty and clean version) and last but not least the Infernus pls reply ASAP Mariachi Tornado is pretty rare, not many people own it. The mariachi isnt really rare because you can grab it easily once a day game time Yeah, if you know the location, time and can actually get in the f*cking thing before it drives off a cliff. The trick to get it is: Shot the driver with a sniper from a distance and the the passenger afterwards drive over to the car keeping your eyes on the car at all time Phoenix without the rear spoiler? I'm almost sure a few of that model spawned in the earliest days of GTA Online. Maybe someone can confirm is out there yet? never seen ^^ It isn't...
