Or idk, maybe I'll unleash my inner idiot and just swap my car with a new motor. Unless I can scrape up $35ish thousand dollars for the wrx or STi I don't see why not....but then again this just might be my inner idiot trying to convince me to go through with this.

no offense, but I'm sure you have better things to worry about. Driving isn't a game. Maybe it's just cause I have a sh*t ton of responsibilities, but dropping money on a new motor is totally idiotic. Youre more focused on having a race car or something, while that's cool, it's not a smart idea at this time in your life.

 

I recommend playing Forza so you can get your speed fix easily.

Yea I agree. Thinking about getting one of those wheels for my xbox so it fan feel more realistic, or maybe start a pc with three monitors to have like a proper cockpit view or maybe look into VR.

 

But idk it feels sort of like a simulation vs reality thing. Like would you rather watch porn or have sex?

 

I mean I'm not trying to build a race car per se, just want something fun to drive around in and have something not so basic to bring to car meets.

 

And I guess it makes it hard when I see people my age with their modded cars, and I know that's the crowd I want to be apart of, but probably won't be able to do so until I'm nearing my thirties and more focused on more adult things.

 

Like have you ever seen a near thirty old guy with JDM as f*ck stickers on his integra ?

 

More than likely he's driving a Lexus IS250 or maybe even a Camry with which he's more than happy just using to get him to point A to point B, since he's more concerned with getting his kids through school and beefing up his investing portfolio.

 

I mean more than likely I'll end up in that spot, but I won't have any fond memories from my 20's to reflect on.

This morning, I went to another job interview, but I'm pretty sure they won't hire me. No problem, though, that job is far away, and I'd have to take a train, a bus and walk a long way before reaching it, and I don't even know how to get there. It ain't worth it anyway, so I don't feel that bad about it.

 

Today, after taking my daily shower I decided to go out and have a walk, something I enjoy doing but didn't for a long time for whatever reason. Put my best clothes on, but, especially, my best smile and went to the city center. Wanted to buy a little gift to my mom, but didn't find what I was looking for. Then, I went to this really nice store known for selling Vans shoes and other cool stuff, but didn't find what I was looking for (a pair of black and white Vans Sk8-Hi). Also had a good chit-chat with the clerk, a pretty nice girl that felt in love with my Mediterranean charm. We talked about skateboarding and such, and she was really surprised when I told her I skated. I feel like since I restarted skating, girls love me. Feel pretty good and motivated lately.

^ I've yet to find a girl with a legitimate interest in skating, I've met a few who are like "omg I love skaters" but they usually end meaning either Ryan Sheckler or some dick on a penny board. Ain't nothing attractive about having f*cked shoes/clothes alot and coming home dirty/sweaty as f*ck lol

says who? he's young at the age when he's suppose to start enjoying these type of things in his life. dropping a new motor on your car is not idiotic unless your putting in a smaller motor, any newer high hp motor will add value. I just don't think you understand the car game enough and trying to pass judgement on something you shouldn't.

Haha! I know what you mean, it's very hard to find girls really interested in skateboarding. I'm pretty sure that girl have no idea who Ryan Sheckler is, though. She's in her 20's, but looks very mature despite her age. Plus, she lives in front of a skate park and sees people skating every single day, so I'm pretty sure she knew what she talked about. However yes, girls find skaters attractive because we (skaters) are usually known for being dudes who think outta the box and don't conform to what society labels as "normal", and girls like that a lot. That's not only that, girls love guys who are active, no matter what sport they do and I can assure you this is very true. Also, trust me, girls love sweaty guys if sport is the reason of that sweat.

i've been doing automobile insurance for 15 years and road racing for 13, i know a little bit. but you really have no clue what you are talking about. dropping any upgraded motor is going to add value to his car, it will also make his car like you say faster which is what he wants. Most people in their early 20s spend a lot of time in their car, so why not make the car to how you want it to look, feel and drive? its only a waste of money if its not something that he wants to do or too people who don't understand. Ive had plenty of cars where i changed out the motor for a better one, then sold it. and i always made a profit. A lot of people here in the US make a living off what you are speaking against. I think you just need too look more into it, too get a better understanding of how the car game works

It's better to spend your money on what you like IMO. I grew up poor so I get anxiety when it comes to spending money but it's foolishness. You can't take it with you when you die, so go buy that engine and drive sh*t faced straight into a wall.

I haven't crunched together the numbers yet, but everyone's telling me it'd be more cost effective to just get a LGT/WRx/STi

If I happen to have a surge of maturity between now and then and want something that looks like it's more meant for older people so be it, I'll just look into more "grown-up" cars. But for now I'll see what I can do with my time. My mind isn't going to put this to rest but hopefully I'll manage.

I'm really freaked out. A chunk of my upper left wisdom tooth crumbled away last month, and now the upper right one is crumbling... My teeth are healthy what's wrong with them? There are now huge holes at the top of both my wisdom teeth.

 

I'm worried about going to the dentist because me and my Mom have the same dentist and Mom had a tooth removed, all seemed fine until she kept spitting out blood and tiny hard chunks and suddenly her jaw was inflamed and she was in agony.

She went to the hospital and this dentist had broke the tooth whilst removing it and left bone fragments deep in her gum.

 

I'm sh*tting myself. The holes in my teeth are huge.. I've always cared about my teeth, I don't know how I've f*cked this up!

I don't know why but that reminded me of a time my Dad never wanted to go to a dentist when his tooth had a hole in it, and then he decided to stick a spoon in there to try and calm his pain.

 

My Dad is the funniest guy out there, but also very accident - prone, so I was worried about him. I didn't want to say anything, because well, It's my dad, but, what would have happened if he was put into more pain that he couldn't recover easily from?

 

I hate when I get reminded of things, and then decide to droan on to random strangers on an Internet site that know nothing more than my name and my age.

yeah most people get them out in highschool, they either remove the wisdom or in my case the molar in front of it. You may not know, but you could be a grinder and grind your teeth while you sleep, i've known a few people who do that

I understand where you're coming from, but look at YouTubers such as SoFloAntonio, Sam Pepper, all the Vine Kiddies, Joey Salads, LeafyIsHere, the reaction channels such as Jinx and Tyrone Magnus.

 

Looking back, I know what I'd prefer.

 

But I can see what you mean. DramaAlert is good with the way they fake things and the quality of channels has surely risen tech - wise.
