given how collisions usually go down in this laggy online (aka completely randomly) I can't give this much credit. I havnt played it or rhino hunt or DDUA as I just can't be arsed with anything except freeroam

I find it to be terrible like most of the new Adversary Modes. The first few AMs that Rockstar released were great. Now they're just getting worse and worse.

I think it's a lot of fun especially if they lock the cars to muscle.. My fav is the one that takes place on the university roof. However didn't care for the one on the island at all

I had fun with it. Pretty mindless fun, but fun. I would not mind seeing an extra 4 areas added in a future update (as a footnote, not as the main attraction.) However, as an option, they should let us lock to a single model of vehicle if we choose though to keep things balanced,.

It's one of the best Adversary Modes, IMO. If the pay was better I could see myself playing it more often.

Yah anything fun that doesn't involve shooting is good fun for me. hit detection was accurate in the games i played.

The mode is pretty damn fun in my opinion, furthermore the sudden death is implemented pretty well and every map plays a little different.

My only complaint is that ut does not fit the theme of the Update and it doesn't include drive-bye bike combat to test out the new weapons.

The one on the school rooftop is complete sh*t. The only one I played, was myself vs 2 other dudes. One was bad but the other was a real challenge. If the timer runs out there's a circle that appears and gets smaller and smaller. I pushed the guy out of it but I followed him by a quick second yet no one won which is bullsh*t. Also the host picking the car class is crap. The dude I had picked Sports Classics. They were in Stinger GT's I was in the Peyote because I ready'd up and he changed it, not giving me the chance to pick a proper car. Big boat but not quick. So my first experience gives me no reason to play it again, especially since Content Created maps are much better with selection of vehicles on foot with ramps and stuff.

If the host selects "off" for car class you can choose almost any car. It makes for some very tactical gameplay.

For example I chose the cognoscenti 55 and basically role played as a wall while my more nimble team mates in the 4wheel drive kurumas and jesters rammed the now stationary opposition...cool story bro?

That's what the original Sumo did. You chose between lawn mowers, monster trucks, super cars, et cetera.

 

You'd think the heaviest car would always win, but it didn't.

Ah okay, to be honest I have never played the creator versions.

 

I would say that the car with the most torque and the lowest to the ground usually has the advantage.

 

Entity and jester are the workhorses of their classes.

It's fun, but has the same problem that every adversary mode has, it gets old fast, because it is pretty basic, not like a contact mission, that actually has a context
