No Missions to be found?

I've been trying to join jobs throughout the whole day and it seems like no one is hosting, i tried Races, LTS modes, and Adversary modes but they turn up empty.

 

Does anybody have a clue on how to fix? Im trying to earn money, on XO.

Don't know honestly.. It's been doing this to me ever since the update.. I try to join via quick job and get put in an empty lobby. I join off an INVITE and it puts me in an empty lobby. It has been driving me insane so I'd love to hear if there's any kind of solution also.

I have heard that the Quick Job from the Start menu is a little bugged since the last update.

Perhaps that's my issue, I've been trying to launch into quick jobs from the start menu. I'll try from the phone tonight and see if that helps. Thanks for the tip.

Ive been having the same problem. Mainly using on call but the quick job option didnt work any better when i tried it.

I actually got invited to Coveted today. Haven't played that in like 2 years. Coasting popped up too. Did they add back old missions?

I thought I was the only one with this issue. I'm also having problems with joining lobbies, I always join an empty lobbie

I've experienced the same since the update. I have been able to host only, joining seems a no no atm.

I'll share my trick.

Join via on call, wait 20 seconds if you didn't get anything retry.

Sometimes it take 4-5 retry before joinning something.

What usually does it for me is changing sessions, the more players the better.

Have you tried invite only? There will be less Internet traffic or however you put it, so searching for jobs might be easier?

There's really no way to fix it--it's very hit or miss, but yes, the on-call feature seems to work better. However, what irritates me about on-call is that you cannot see the job settings before it launches. There's nothing more irritating that waiting on-call for a race only to discover that it has GTA settings and ten laps. Also, the other issue I noticed today is that you can often go on-call for a race, but it will put you in a deathmatch or you can go on-call for a deathmatch and it will put you in a heist set-up. It's beyond irritating honestly, and heist set-ups seem to be the only thing you get dumped into if you choose the join random job option.

 

My only advice is to just keep trying and trying until it works. It does work sometimes, but it is very, very broken. Hopefully they take note and fix it when the new cars are released.

I had the same problem until I realized I was still in free aim when I swapped over to auto aim I had no problems getting LTS by using quick job from the phone.

Before 2nd Las update. Host mission to complete objective, click auto invite, wait 30+ minutes for 1 player to join.

 

After 2nd last update, same senireo but only 5+ min for 2nd and sometimes upto 4 other players join.

 

After last update same senireo but now it takes 40+ minutes IF another player joins at all.

 

Quick jobs has not changed, still hit or miss.

Invite only always resulted in the fully broken matchmaking that is now also happening in public lobbies.

 

You can't fix it. R* could. The only thing working right now is playing jobs on your own or with friends. On very rare occassions someone is able to join via quick job or the job menu.

Matchmaking was always semi-broken, but since the last update it's gotten to the worst level possible.

Not the only thing, but in 95% it's heists. They got some kind of high priority. IIRC the on call feature was added with Heists and they never changed the priority settings. It's stupid and annoying, during the last days are really wanted to get put into random jobs with a friend, but especially when you go on call with a friend this option is just not working right. Prison break setups with rank 15 are awesome though. You can still lag out of your lobby with on-call, this "feature" is still "working".
