Extreme Stuttering Issue

<---- This was recorded when I had the i5 and 970, but now with the i7 and 980ti gameplay is the same.

have not got a clue about this,

It happened the first time after installing

Worked fine after I put steam offline then back online.

It started again when I went from a 970 to a 980ti

Not sure how i fixed it but i did.

It started again when i went from a i5 4460 to a i7 4790k

I have no idea how to fix it this time around.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately the game just always inherently stutters now ever since the Ill Gotten Gains II update. Even if you tweak to get 200 fps the game will still stutter.

It will stutter with sh*te specs like yours, it should not be on OP's PC since it's identical to my setup and I never stutter.

 

OP, what/how much RAM do you have, and do you have a decent CPU cooler.

Have you tried reinstalling the latest drivers? If not, please do. If you have replaced a PC component, then please reinstall all the drivers.

 

Then, verify files from steam.

 

This should fix the issue. And look for any unwanted programs running in the background.
