Algonquin Assassin
Thought this thread might be a bit fun. Share your confessions whether you haven't seen a movie/tv everyone else has, things you don't get etc. For me.. -Despite that I've had season 1 of The Walking Dead on my XBL for a few years I didn't get into it until I started watching season 6 so then I spent the last part of last year catching up on the first 5 seasons to understand what was going on. -When I was younger I used to always fast forward the first part of Speed when Howard Payne stabs the guy (my memory's a little fuzzy on this one) in side of the head. -I have countless DVDs/Blu Rays I've bought and I've never watched. For example I bought Hostel on DVD in 2014. Never watched it. -I have a lot of doubles of movies. Sometimes triples. Usually it's because I've bought it separately earlier on then I've seen a pack with the sequel (s) and re-bought it again. -The very first DVD I ever watched was Bring It On. First one I owned was Gone In 60 Seconds. UshaB
UshaB
Was never interested in, "The Walking Dead" or, "Game of Thrones", I don't understand the hype about it. I never liked the Star Wars franchise when I was younger because I was a young 'lil racist brat (there's more to it but, meh) Sunrise Driver and Algonquin Assassin

Funnily enough my old man loves Game Of Thrones. Ehhh. I've never really been able to get into either. Speaking of which I don't know why, but I always thought it was called Game Of Thorns lol. The Dedito Gae
- I've never seen goodfellas. - I got fatigue of Spider-Man movies/reboots, is not easy to say that as Spider-Man fan. - I haven't seen neither Deadpool and The force awakens. - I don't hate or dislike this new trend of movie remakes, is cool to see a classic movie under a new light, is not like you can ruin or kill the original. darthYENIK
Obviously, from the fact that it's pretty much all I talk about here these days, I love the new wave of comicbook movies. I enjoy all of them, even the bad ones. I almost never watch actual good movies these days, either. I think it's just a phase. I'll work my way out of it eventually. unbid
I'm still into animated movies. I prefer watching that rather than action movies that most of my friends watched. The Dedito Gae

IDredMan
As a little sh*thead prepubescent kid with no standards, I enjoyed Batman & Robin. I remember seeing it, and I was holding a cheapo Batman toy and never let it go throughout the movie that I thought was good and funny. And Uma Thurman as Poison Ivy gave me my first boner. So yes, if I went back in time, I'd shoot the child version of myself in the head. Payne Killer, Lonely-Martin and HaythamKenway

Some other confessions: It hurts me to say, but any day I'd rather rewatch the Star Wars prequels, over rewatching the Hobbit trilogy. I like Die Hard 4 as much as the first three movies. I've never seen Avatar. After the internet conditioned me to hate it in advance, I unexpectedly enjoyed Man of Steel to the point that I might actually go see BvS in the theaters. zuckmeslow
i have never seen the godfather i prefer "sh*tty" 80s and 90s action movies over critically acclaimed films back in summer 2014, i watched the movies, ricochet, hard boiled, chain of command and escape from tomorrow every day... every single day. i have several blu rays i have never seen. i hate both avengers movies i say that i hate a good day to die hard but i bought the blu ray and i find myself watching the movie more than i should. i think good burger is the greatest movie ever made. i do not like tv shows of today. i get anxiety if i watch oscar bait drama films. i have the same tastes in movies now as i did when i was a little kid. IDredMan
I never watched 2001: A Space Odyssey from start to finish. That movie is really f*cking tedious, I can't sit through it. Never in my life have I seen a movie that is deliberately wasting my time. There are f*cking scenes, where the camera is just slowly panning across a space ship for like 3-5 minutes. I don't understand the love for this movie. How can people call any movie boring then come back and praise this? It may be an age thing. I'm pretty sure the movie came out before PCs had monitors. So for me, video calls, awesome music and space ships don't blow me away. It's stuff that I've seen a million times before. Except for the part where a single scene in that movie without dialogue or action is longer than every single piece of movies or television I've ever watched combined. Femme Fatale
I think it's bullsh*t that Monster got more attention and award nominations than Dahmer...I can't help but assume that it's because it's about a female serial killer, which are rare...But hey, Gay serial killers are rare too... Payne Killer
I don't see the appeal for Game of Thrones. Stranger Things is garbage. The Godfather was decent, Godfather II tops it in every way. Lethal Weapon 1 is the best of series, and the best buddy cop movie ever. Miami Vice is f*cking stupid.
Kiffster
- I thought the Blair Witch Project was real. - I don't find any of these modern American sitcoms of the last 10 or 15 years even remotely funny. British comedy all the way. - I refuse to watch any sport related movies. They're all the same. A guy or team is struggling, then they start winning, then near the end they start losing again so they train extra hard and then by the end they win the grand final. The end. - can't think of any superhero movie I actually like. They all suck. - just re-watched Jurassic World and it made me realize that it's actually one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Scary to think that the same guy is directing Star Wars ep IX.
The Dedito Gae
I been watching the same Seinfeld DVDs on repeat for the last 3 weeks and i still laugh at the jokes and actually helps with my mood. Best series ever. Mister Pink
Sunrise Driver
- Breaking Bad is the worst TV series I've watched. - Pulp Fiction is meh. - Shawshank Redemption is great but not even in top 50 of best movies. - Never watched GoT or Walking Dead and no intend to. - Schindler's List is pure crap. - Max Payne movie was alright. - Assassin's Creed movie is good. So does Home Alone 3. - Home Alone 4 looks like a masterpiece in comparison to Die Hard 5.
