As far as I'm aware, Microsoft has only presented one solution for people who're experiencing this "glitch" - request a refund, and buy the game again. Crash on Playground Games logo every single time. GG Microsoft. If only this game wasn't so damn enjoyable to play.. E: Fixed it for now. I won't be playing this until I get a CPU upgrade and I wanted to play the games in order anyway. The Xbox One exclusives will have to wait until Project Scorpio is released. I think they might release a Steam version at some point. They are releasing Quantum Break soon (which was also a UWP exclusive). I will get that instead. For those issues, as far as I know, they haven't released any updates on when the issue/s will be fixed . I don't know what they would be able to do to fix the problem with the double CR payouts unless the game kept some list of the credits you won, and would then, receive the double payout for it. Especially after hearing about all these issues on PC it is really tempting. But buying a console just for Forza is too extreme for me. If only Scorpio came out this year, I would've definitely bought it and have it replace my PC as my main gaming platform. Oh well. I'll download the demo and hope for the best on PC. Andreaz1 Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 (edited) Really disappointed so far. Game hardly runs on my 4790K and GTX 780. RAM usage is pegged at around 95% and GPU usage at 100% at LOW preset in 1080p. This still only gives me 50-55fps in most racing, with lots of lag and stuttering. They better get on optimizing quickly. This is like night and day when compared to Forza 6 which I max out completely without any issues at all. Turn the hud off (the camera has an option for it) and use the X1 screenshotting feature. Much better than dealing with their website. I left off on the part where you expand your festival to a new one. I'm loving the game so far and It looks just amazing. I can't wait to get further into the game progress and unlock more vehicles . Although I absolutely love the game I do have some (minor) gripes. -Engine conversions aren't as varied. In fact this really goes for the last few Forza games. I miss when the conversions were specific to the manufacturer. It seems most of them are V10s and V12s now. -Blueprint lacking createable routes. Such a cool idea that adds replay value, but I wish we could create our own routes also which strangely we can do in the blueprint bucket lists. -I know the map's not meant to be an accurate representation, but it still feels odd having parts of Victoria sandwiched between Southern QLD and Northern NSW. -The A.I in free roam seems to want to kill you lol. I don't know how many times I've had random cars just run into me head on. Other than those gripes I think I would definitely give the game a 9/10 so far. Awesome game, hope they fix those stutterings I get every now and then, but I can still play at 30 fps on mid settings, I'm happy anyway. Awesome sceneries and a lot of cars. I guess if you set a default place to install things on one drive, you can't change the drive you want to install it to. I'm wondering how much better the game will look on PC. I'm 99% sure you can use your Xbox controller on PC. Otherwise, trying to play a racing game on K&M is aids.
