RED AND YELLOW BLIPS ARE MISSING

when i moved to SF the yellow, red, and blue blips are missing can anyone help me please?

This problem is usually caused by poorly written cleo mods that add new icons to the map every time your save is loaded - and then those icons are saved and a new identical set is added again and again until there is no room for anything else.

load savegame that was done by unmodded game and don't make savegame, if such scripts are running that adds icon markers, pickups, parked_car_generators or objects
