Glitch or Mod

I am not sure which glitch or someone using the mod on Xbox 360. I took screenshot. I am not using any mods.

Anyone can explain this one?

Those are done with mods. They just spawn random crap into the map and the only way to remove them is to restart the game.

LG is infected with modders, when I was on Ps3 ages ago the same thing happened near eclipse towers a lot, as it was very populated with people owning apartments there.

the thing is, there does not even have to be a modder in the session for that stuff to spawn. It gets attached to everyone who is in the session and if anyone changes sessions without completely exiting the game it stays with them and attaches to other players causing the mods to spread like the plague.

thats an infectious mod, months ago on ps3 a friend joined my invite only session to do some heist and he infected me and the other friends with those white blocks in front of eclipse tower
