Free chrome rims

So I finally bought my very first set of chrome SUV rims for my rusty Tornado ($66k!) and I remembered that you can get them for free by getting the special awards. I went and bought myself a pair of nightvision goggles and went on a rampage in a jet and soon afte (100 NPC kills) I recieved a notification saying free chrome bike wheels unlocked. Sweet stuff I thought. But now here I am wondering how could I unlock the rest of the wheels. I read that there was a way of completing Captures in creator mode but that has been patched. Has anyone unlocked them recently? How did you do it? I know obviously by playing LTS and capture but that'd take me years cause I havent got much time to play nowadays. Is there a way to grind them? Can you create a Capture and trade wins with a friend?

step 2) test capture until rims unlock.

step 3) kick yourself in the butt because you didn't keep track of how many captures you had and start over.

step 4) git gud.

step 5) Google the method because I don't remember how it works.

The only ones I don't have are the Muscle rims (last-alive 50 times in LTS jobs)

 

I tried win-trading with friends but it stopped counting them. It's the only thing on the Rewards page I don't have.

Muscle aren't bad if you stop trying to get them. The game seems to have strange ideas about what constitutes "last player alive," but I got it after spending a week or two doing RPGs vs. Insurgents and the like.

 

The one stumping me is killing 100 package carriers for the Off-Road wheels. Nobody plays that; I don't think I've been in a match with more than four people total. Usually it's 1v1.

Can confirm this...did it on first two characters and on my third it didn't work
