Candy_Licker
I can't really say.... I played my first games at my uncle on PC. I darkly remember a space game. The first games I really can remember are Super Mario World on my friend's SNES, and Super Mario Kart and Zelda:Link to the Past when I finally got my own on Christmas. El Dildo
hm. I can't even recall what my first video game was exactly. not anymore.. what stands out for some reason is the Apple computer our parents had in the basement office. it had games but they were simple. there was one that was like, survival mystery. or horror. and there was Wolfenstein. as far as a commercial video game system? the first thing I remember having in the home, like in the living room, was our NES and I'm pretty sure the first game I ever cared about was Super Mario Brothers and Duck Hunt. but there was a time shortly before we got the Nintendo that my brothers and I used to go to arcades and gaming 'stores' at the mall (where you played games and won tickets), and several of those probably count as legit video games right? Ruin
So lucky. E: And I mean the arcade version. A local pharmacy on my block had a cabinet outside check-out where I'd go frequently to watch others play and try my luck as well. So many quarters lost to people who were obviously going to win VS a 3 year old. Edited April 1, 2016 by Ruin The Dedito Gae

KarimNTerr
The first console I've ever had was the Nintendo Entertainment System, and I remember having a good amount of games on it. The first two games I remember playing were Super Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt as they both came in a double pack. In the meantime I also had the GameBoy and GameBoy Color, and the first game I played on the GameBoy was Pokémon Red Version. I have so many good memories playing those games. 2 years later, I received a Sega Mega Drive, and the first games I remember playing on that console were Road Rash, Sonic the Hedgehog and ToeJam & Earl, but I'm not completely sure. I don't remember the first game I played on the PlayStation as it came with a big box full of video games, both original and pirated. Plus, some of them didn't even work properly. However, I perfectly remember the first game I played on the PlayStation 2, and that was Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - the game that made me love the Grand Theft Auto series and Rockstar Games. The first games I bought for the PlayStation 3 were Skate, Tony Hawk's Proving Ground, Resistance: Fall of Man, and Need for Speed: ProStreet. I enjoyed all of these games, but the ones that made me love the 7th generation of console were Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City and Red Dead Redemption: Game of the Year Edition among others. I really want to re-buy a brand new PlayStation 3 as I feel like I missed some must-have gems on that console, and I also want to replay some of my favourite games. Hopefully, the first game I'll buy for the PlayStation 4 is Grand Theft Auto V, a game I still have to play, but that is on top of my wishlist. Coleco
My first game was Alex Kidd in Miracle World on the Sega Master System. I was playing arcade games before that, though.
