I usually either listen to Radio Mirror Park or listen to Channel X when i feel like kicking someone's ass, however I usually have it off when I'm doing anything YouTube related due to copyright.

 

Who else thinks it would be badass if we could play our own music in game (called CD on the radio) where we chose YouTube videos on the SC and they would play in game

All of the stations suck. Each station has like 3 or 4 good songs at most with the rest being filler, no matter your taste

 

Radio off with Spotify is the best station by far

I've always listened to the lowdown and occasionally Space. Gta as a series always do these old school style stations so well, anyone remember JNR 108.5 From IV!? Honestly beautiful station. Suited LC so well (I miss good buskers in the streets!)

 

But on the subject of underrated stations in V. Definitely worldwide FM. Some amazing tracks There! Even some chrvches (though the remix isn't as good as the original). Small claim to fame the band are actually relatively local and I kinda know the family. Crazy to think they are in this multi-million dollar game! I certainly have this station on when I'm aboard my yacht.

 

The lab is a station I've kinda grown to like some of the tracks on too. Hated it at first but it has grown on me. I doubt it'll happen again but the good thing about the 2nd release of gta was that all the stations just about had some songs added to them so all are worth another listen!

Worldwide FM is my favourite station OP, listen to it all the time. Giles Peterson is excellent, one of the best DJ's in the world IMO.

Flylo FM and The Lowdown are also brilliant. A new music DLC would be thoroughly welcome however.

 

Many of the stations should be grouped together as a single station to make room for new stations. Some of them seem to only be there to fill the wheel. It does seem that the music choice is being overlooked by R*. hopefully they'll bring in a few hundred extra songs sometime soon.

I actually listen to Chattersphere on WCTR whenever it's on, and to the Fernando Show for Sue Murry. Can't listen to BCTR too much...

 

Otherwise, I like songs on all the stations. Whenever one comes on that I don't like, I change the station to another station hat's playing a song I like.

Most stations have a few songs that I like on them.

 

However I would say that 90% of the time I end up listening to Mirror Park but I do also listen to WorldWide FM. Cashmire Cat, The Hics, The Gaslamp Killer, Yuna, Django Django and Hackman all have some decent tracks on there.

FlyLo FM gets some attention when I'm trying to race OR when I just wanna go fast on the highway.

 

Lowdown when I wanna cruise, occasionally, and if WCC isn't playing anything good.

I prefer to listen to "underrated" stations (WorldWide FM, FlyLo FM, Soulwax FM, The Lowdown 91.1, Space 103.2, VBR) rather than listening to the sh*tty Radio Los Santos.

Radio Mirror Park is considered underrated? I always figured that was one of the most popular stations on the forums.

 

I used to listen to Lowdown back on LG when I got sick of the rest of the radio, but on CG, I turn to Vinewood Boulevard Radio when "Next Stop," This Mystic Decade," and "Fall in Line" are playing, then Channel X when "Los Angeles" rotates, the more faster paced songs in the game. I found V's soundtrack lacking in up-tempo songs that you can speed down a highway to, which really hurt the soundtrack IMO. The underrated stations, or the mainstream ones for that matter, just don't have that adrenaline-junkie oomph the old soundtracks had outside a few songs here and there.

You're a glass half-empty kinda guy aren't you? Lol.

 

As far as I can tell it's the one thing in the game that has remained dormant and relatively untouched. R* can't expect it's players to listen to all the same songs over-and-over again until GTA 6 comes out. I don't think a new music DLC is out of the question, though I'm sure there will be some YouTube bullsh*tters out there who will say it's already on its way.

Radio Mirror Park and Vinewood Boulevard Radio were my two favorite stations for a long time.

 

Now, I just leave the radio off 90% of the time. It gets tiring hearing the same song for the thousandth time.
