No Contact Missions at Lvl 46

Hey Guys,

I googled my ass of but didn't find a proper solution for this: I don't get any calls or messages from NPCs, except one very late one from Simeon. I visited Trevor (T on the Map) and got a call by Ron for a Survival Job, but nothing else happened.

Can't remember ignoring any messages or calls at the beginning, but never even got a job by Lamar, which should have happened at Lvl 5.... I'd try to start with a new Character, if I knew that's the solution.

Could it be, that the progress of Lesters Missions is blocked, since my Pacific Heist Finale is still open and i'm getting invitations by Lester for it and i gotta finish the Heists? Do you have to finish the Lowrider Missions before normal Lamar Missions since the last Update?

Hmm, this sounds like the case of an incomplete Tutorial.

 

You have completed Simeon, Trevor and Ron from what I can tell here and I assume that you have been to see Lester for both his introduction where he tells you

about bounties (Level 10) and also been to see him about heists (Level 12).

 

It should not matter if you have an open heist because missions are separate from heists.

 

Lamar sends his missions out randomly so you have to wait for those but he'll only start sending after you complete Gerald's mission Meth'd Up (Level 7)

 

Sounds like maybe best to make a lost progress ticket with Rockstar Support.

 

For info the rest of the contacts missions unlock by doing the following:

 

Gerald - Meth'd Up

Lamar - Random after Meth'd Up.

Lester - Cops Capacity

Martin - Out of Court Settlement

Simeon - Rockford Roll

Ron - Romance isn't Dead

Trevor - Random after completing Ron - Romance isn't Dead

thanks for the thorough answer! I think i completed the tutorial till i owned my first car and so on. Couldn't swear, i visited Lester twice though. But that's still no explanation for the lack of Martin Missions. I got one invitations per phonemessage, but it was a very late random one. Do you have any idea, what could trigger the first Lester and Martin Mission?

Also i already played Meth'd up and didn't get anything from Lamar besides Lowrider. Maybe those are the new first Lamarmissions now...

 

Anyways, I think an can get all the missions by playing with other people right? Nevertheless sent a ticket to rockstar.
