Location of player stats

Anyone know where the player related stats are located ? I'm thinking about player stats like shooting or driving, i'm working on an overhaul, and i realized that leveling up the shooting stat f*cks up with my recoil patterns. So i need to disable that feature, but i have no idea in what file these values lies.
