Ambrodel Posted March 4, 2016 Share Posted March 4, 2016 You can get to a dinghy throughout the game, even right at the start, no need to buy a dock first. Simply head to the Port of South Los Santos and just above the word "of" on the paper map, there will usually be one or two waiting for you.
