The potential for the picador.

God, don't even get me started. The lack of mods for the Picador, along with the Slamvan not being a throwback to the SA Slamvan, are two things that really, really irk me.

If it's supposed to be an El Cal, then it needs to drop the 4x4 option. I do admit it's pretty cool though.

It's mostly a generic Australian ute. I agree though, there's potential for this ride.

Wow I though Cheval was like Invetero in that they were Chevy offshoots from Declasse but you're right. Though only the front end of the picador is based on a Holden car. The rest is El Camino accordion to the wiki.

Sticker bombed tailgate, truck mudflaps, rollbar with spotlights, front 'roo bar, VB bottles all over the interior passenger floor, gun rack behind the seats, blue heeler in the tray, five aeriels and an extra dirty option.

Great car! I was also disappointed that the customization is limited with it. The picador, peyote and emperor are all cars I want to do more with.

provided its the only 4wd muscle car, its pretty useful for offroad and its the best for hauling bicycles (due to the lower bed height)

There's so many ways you could up the Picador. The Picador, Gauntlet, Asterope and Emperor are like the ginger step kid no one likes.

There are a good number of cars that either very limited in customization or completely lack them. A classic example I can think of is the Oracle XS. It had bumper, grille and skirt modifications to it in IV, and you couldn't even mod cars in that game. But to see it lack all that in V is plain ridiculous.

Grilles on old cars are single worst design feature throughout the game IMHO. it's a shame, since they really are a big part of many cars design. I can't explain in short what i mean, but on many old cars they aren't good enough to the rest of the car. They don't look good enough.

I tried to like the Picador. And I don't like visual mods, so I just wanted it for what it is - the classic muscle truck. But in terms of speed, accel and handling (fully performance modded), the Picador sucked so bad i had to sell it; I just couldn't stand having it take up space in my garage. And my garage is not even full.

 

If they put over the top visual mods on the Picador like the ones shown in this thread, it would not only be a poorly performing muscle car, it would be a poorly performing abomination.
