Insurgent (Unarmed) worth it?

This. It has NOT been buffed. I'm not sure what's leading people to believe that, but it's the same as it has always been. Still, it's a beast, and worth every penny.

Agree with this post in every way. I've shot people out in the same way as I always did (my last encounter was Tuesday)

 

But still worth it, as an explosive defence and as a battering ram through traffic, it's without equal.

I typically go my own way. They wanna avoid cops in their Armored Kuruma, I want to smash cops with my Insurgent

 

If you just press X to hide you hardly get hit though.

I like to smash em up with both If you hit their car just right towards the front on the side with the Armoured Kuruma, it will go flying.

OP, I think your priorities are screwed up. Buying the regular insurgent should've been by far a higher priority than the pickup. I'm sure it's been detailed in this thread so I won't bother. If you haven't already, yes you must buy it. It's a monster.

I always use the insurgent instead of Kuruma on the finale. The people sitting in the back seat actually get hit less than they do in the Kuruma. In fact I don't think my money carrier has ever been hit sitting back there. Plus, no worry about dodging cop cars, obviously, and you can just fly off the cliff at the end like a retarfed monkey with no fear of the vehicle blowing up, like can happen to the Kuruma. It's a no brainer. Insurgent > Kuruma on finale.

 

Edit: like Crysis said, make sure the money guy is ducking the entire time. You can have everybody duck if you want, but I usually have everybody else stay sitting up, just to make sure we get hit instead of the money guy. You're not gonna get hit enough to die, and yes always have one guy collect all the money.

The Insurgent is the creation of Merryweather. Inefficiency is their strongest suit, just look at the barely-AWD Mesas that look cool but can't climb for sh*t.

Opponents on foot can diligently trade their life so they can damage it with a rocket launcher. This will happen around 5 times. When they destroy it, they pay the insurance of 13k.

I've purchased it twice. The first time I bought it, I sold it because I saw no reason in owning it. And then I bought it again when it had a discount (now it's original price), and I realized how much of a beast this thing is against oncoming cars. A tank can't even crush this thing, and it laughs in the faces of those who must use jets as a way to defend themselves from us real players.

It's fun and very average in cost compared to some of the other vehicles we have available. I recommend it in matte black, but that's just my preference.

Yes repainted mine from gold and chrome. It suits the Insurgent as it does the armoured Kuruma.

 

Perfect vehicle for a member of the Sticky Bomb Master Race. No danger of friendly fire/explosion.

I like matte black on it too. Another I think suits it well is matte light gray with pearlescent ice white. Gives almost a gun metal look.
