GTA V crashes on startup on any version later than 505.2

Hey guys! So I have this very irritating problem which is the game crashes on startup when playing on any version higher then 505.2. The game is modded including game files but I use openiv mods folder...all files outside that folder are original and unmodded and I have deleted scripthook and openiv.asi to put the game back to original but it still refuses to work. It crashes in the middle of the Rockstar Logo intro. A window pops up saying "GTA V has stopped working" I have hit debug and the only error it gives me is an unhandled win32 exception. Once I go back to 505.2 everything works normally without problems. I verified files with steam and it didnt work. Oh and I know your trying to help but please dont tell me to upgrade my system or check the temps as they are fine and I highly doubt thats an issue as the game has worked fine from day one until the newer updates came out. Any ideas people? Thanks

You have to copy new update.rpf to mods folder when new patch is available.

Thanks and I know about that...it wasnt the issue. I dont know why it works but I changed both GTA V and GTAVLauncher to run as administrator and havent had a problem since.
