when you see a modder or hacker in gta 5 try as much as you can to not get involved with them because they will cause you trouble and get you banned from gta online and the ways you can deal with them is report them and leave the lobby immediately because the modders do a business when making modded accounts and you can say its 'cheating' and wrong because who wants to ruin someones life by making an account and getting rich off of them and if you are a modder you do the same thing a drug dealer does and the way i see it like that is because you sell them something that you say is better and help them cheat to the top and make them pay you psn money or real money for this mod account and hackers are not innocent either they do more trouble then anything else. if your a modder or hacker know that what your doing is wrong and its not bunisness at all

This is situation and it's been debunked is incorrect, Modders can't get you banned.

Modders can't ban you, but the report function does absolutely nothing.

 

Today alone I've encountered three separate modders in three separate deathmatches where they would either teleport themselves to the guns or remove my guns during an 'owned + pick-ups" match...

 

And then there were also two more modders who simply just had to point their gun at you, and you'd die. (In a supposed 'pick-ups only' match, and no one had reached the guns a minute into starting...)

In fact, I've not long just finished talking to the jerk-off. He claims he doesn't mod, and yet has a K-D ratio of over 5,600.

Use the report function, swap sessions, block them. That tends to work.
