I'm no billionaire but i'm a millionaire.

 

It's nice when an update comes out I can buy whatever I like without looking at the price.

Yesterday my buddy complained about prices for rims in the modshop and i thought to myself, haha i never even looked at the prices...

 

I dont cheat or buy sharkcards btw, i just try to do a heist every time im online..

i earned my first million back in october 2013, it felt really good when the bank roll into 9 digits for the first time...

then a day later this happened.

the billionaires era started and gta was never the same for me haha

 

never being broke since, even after the moneywipe, my minimum balance have been 6million.

57 million here - I'm still a cheap f*ck and usually only buy stuff when there's a discount lol. Just gotta keep playing and buy stuff you know you'll want down the road.

I just buy sharkcards when I really want something, if I feel like I can earn it I just grind races or something, I love saving for things and working hard. So worth it in the end! Right now I have about 6k to my name. #lovinlife

haha there were no cashdrops back then, all the money was deposited directly to your account by the modders, you had no control over that.

Did it start as early as October? I remember it starting in December. And I was victimized by only receiving 500 million. I've never been a billionaire but I've been rich ever since.

Shark Cards are always an option to get you started. When I bought the game I got a 100$ Shark Card worth 8 million GTA$ to get me started.

I have 122million and own everything i want but i remember the grind for my buzzard though (before billionaire days) and ranking up to 42 for it jeez that was bad enough but options were limited back then id imagine it would be alot more fun nowadays. One problem of over achieving is im always waiting for new stuff

I buy everything in the game, just play and have fun without a care for the money, I can buy and fully upgrade any car then sell it right away if I change my mind and don't want it anymore.

 

After buying everything and have about 30 fully upgraded cars I have over $114 Billion left over.

 

My main PSN account is all legit but I got fed up grinding, it's so boring and you get very little out of it I almost hated GTA Online and never wanted to play again.

The fun for me was starting at level 1 back in October 2013 and grinding my way to the top, as a young, new, fresh rookie on the streets, but now I've got everything I want I'm a bit bored.

 

So if you're not highly ranked or rich, and don't have many vehicles or much armoury, REVEL in it and enjoy GTA online from the bottom up.

 

One day you'll be a boring old GTA fart like the rest of us.

I didn't think it was necessary to mention since the op is asking the billionaires a question. I thought simply replying to the question was confirming you're a billionaire.

I agree in a sense, because he shouldn't have said that and accused billionaires of being cheats. You just want to have an open discussion about what it's like, right?

 

Let me throw some numbers at you:

 

$100 shark card = $8,000,000 GTA dollars

$1000 = $80 million

$10000 = $800 million

$12500 = 1 billion GTA dollars.

 

Anyone who spends $12500 real life dollars to be a virtual GTA billionaire is an idiot. You either play the game legit and remain relatively poor, or work out ways to glitch/hack that money and become super rich. The choice is yours, but don't be an idiot.

I wouldn't consider myself in the billionaire range, but I'd say I have enough to keep me settled without worry for a few patches. Upsides are you don't NEED to do missions, if I want a car I can buy one and tune it without looking at my money. Also, ammo expenses? Pennies.

I have 5% of a billion dollars of legit money.

 

I've played since day one, so I was around for the height of the billionaire days on PS3. I avoided public lobbies like the plague because I didn't want any free money and it was literally raining from the skies. I focused on earning cash and not pvp so never felt the pressure of "needing" cash.

 

Thankful I avoided it. Sense of accomplishment, as much as you can have with video game achievements anyway, and no garbage stats in social club tainted with billion dollar figures.

Everyone who is a billionaire in gta now is a lucky bastard who did not get caught and wiped. Or a modder.

 

I grinded my ass off to get 20 million legit again during the double money VIP and contact missions events.

 

20 mil is the bottom of my comfort zone. Buying two yachts, two high end apartments and two armored limo's did leave a dent in my pocket. I am not so much online anymore, because there is little to do. And I am tired of wiping the noses of my always broke friends.
