I found it interesting that they introduced a unique new mission objective for this one, avoiding being seen by the cops. And, if you've played it a few times, the second part is randomized on which direction the Ballas come from, so you can't really predict and prepare.

 

I've come no where near to mastering this one, but things to watch out for is if you start off going to fast, like if you are headed straight off the pier and through the movie studio, a cop may spawn right in front of you and see you, so it is best to hold off the throttle for a bit to avoid this.

 

If you can make it to the subway tunnel entrance in front of the Alta apartments, you can use the subway tunnel to get across town without being spotted, but this takes some time and may tear up the cars, and I think mission payout is effected by what condition the cars are in.

 

Always give the weaker driver the Faction, because it is faster and more maneuverable.

I only played it once, but I like it ... it's my favorite LowRider mission.

 

First things first, Do NOT take the stairs to get from the pier to the beach.

 

Second, keep the expanded map open the whole time & keep an eye for the cops.

 

Third, avoid the highways.

 

Fifth, don't hesitate to go in the opposite direction so you don't get caught.

 

 

I vaguely remember the shooting part, take cover, watch your health & use a powerful weapon.

This mission is so random as far as the cops spawning, it makes it so frustrating. Doesn't matter how slow, or fast you go, it seems like you spend most of your time back tracking, then getting trapped.
