Find "GTAIV.exe", select it, and press the delete key. i already tried that, when i press Ctrl+alt+delete and it wont go back to desktop screen (stuck on the freezed game screen) then task manager appearing on out of the screen because i playing a game on 800x600 so i am unable to reach the task manager window. so im looking for the app that will kill gta 4 exe by pressing a button in the keyboard Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
