PS4 | head to head crew challenge

I am looking for a crew that would like to do a head to head crew challenge once or twice a week/month.

It can be a deathmatch or race or anything else, we can also do several jobs to compete as a crew against each other.

We have been trying to start head to head crew challenges but no one really joins us... It can be 4vs4 or 5vs5 or more... Message me if interested.

Just wondering if there's any crews out there that are actually doing this type of stuff because I never hear anything about it.
