Can you edit CarVariations to only spawn certain types of vehicles eve

I am wanting to go for a 1980's style GTA V feel, and to achieve that I would obviously need all of the cars that spawn to be either american muscle cars and other cars from the 1980s or before.

 

Is this possible?

I'm just a script modder but I think the vehicle informations for different areas are located in

Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\popgroups.ymt

 

The amount of vehicles is set in another file, for different times and days.

Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\popcycle.dat

 

I don't know very much about those things, but nobody answered your question yet.
