Ok sweet as long as your official that's cool.

 

Also can you please create a save editor for GTA3, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, GTA Liberty City Stories & GTA Vice City Stories for PS2 & PSP & iPad & Android because someone deleted my saves and I just want to play the story, and have all packages, special vehicles etc...

I don't think you are understanding - this is not an official Rockstar Games website so you are not going to get any help here. You need to go to Rockstargames.com and submit a support ticket - https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - and put your request in the support ticket.
