You mean the people who had their looks alterated to sh*t with photoshop? Doesn't mean it's impossible to look like that. Go to a gym and you will see a lot of people that look like they could be on a magazine cover.

I workout from Monday to Friday, every for about 3 months already(took a full year, before that I was working for a whole year).

 

They don't look like that, at all.
