gtame Posted February 13, 2003 Share Posted February 13, 2003 It's a skimmer, it's a sea plane, you know, a dodo with these things on the bottom that makes it land in the sea... it's the only kind and you get it after doing "Dildo Dodo" after you buy the Empire Film studios and do it's missions. Obviously it isn't as good as the helicopters, much les the Hunter, but if I'm at the northern part of Vice City it's a pretty nice mode of transportation.
