Infernus VS Top-tier supers

I kinda want to sell my T20 for rebudget and making my money stable. Also so i can drive a different super than everyone else driving. Looks good too

Is the Infernus can be competitive VS NoDo races?

One time i got smoked by an Infernus and lost a race while on an Osiris once. Infernus can be a beast in a corner but can it beat a T20 on a same situation?

It drives very unconventional. It handles in a unique way, namely when turning. I never raced with it much, but used to own one. It's fast and a good super once you get the hang of the handling, but I don't know how it holds up to the best supers. It's fast and could win if you're a better chauffeur, but if it's the better car I just can't tell. I do remember that that guy who always tests cars for speed and handling rated it as one of the faster cars. Top 10, IIRC. It's fast for sure, but I don't think it can beat a T20 with a good driver. In order to win, you'd actually have to race better than the other drivers because you're at a slight disadvantage in terms of speed

It's all about cornering speed and throttle control with the Infernus.. It absolutely can win in a course that doesn't involve massive straights. Add a spoiler for extra grip and use tuner or off road tires for more stability. I've won a few times against faster cars in mine.

Its fairly competitive for its class but you might find against equally skilled racers that it won't be winning many races.

I'll always remember back on the 360 I jumped in a random race with my Infernus and as the camera panned out at the start everyone had the top cars (Adder, Entity, etc.) and I knew I'd be last. Launch, first corner arrives and a bunch of them just smash each other and a quick flick of the wheel and I was suddenly in the 6-8 places. With 3 laps to go, I managed to pass other cars in the turn but in straights they'd catch up so I had to keep them off. This is GTA so most tried to pit me but the Infernus is actually pretty damn stable against "attacks". I took 3rd place when in reality I should've been like 12th - all thanks to that first crash and the Infernus' ability to stick to the road. People could've easily turn around from that crash and stop other cars from having a good race, which some did, but I was able to avoid them and I don't even think I'm a good racer in GTA.

For a budget supercar, nothing beats the Infernus. I've had it for so long, my first and only supercar (I actually have two of them now). I do plan to get a top tier supercar one day when I can afford one but you're better off buying the Infernus, modding it up and then look for another cool little car instead of dumping all your money on one car just for races.

Go for it, it is a good performing car and the unique handling will makes you fall in love with it.

How is it compared to the Turismo? I was facing the same decision and bought the Turismo. It's not that much more than an Infernus.

Infernus is really good at launching acceleration. Turismo can keep up but it would take to long if its a track.

Infernus is a very good car. If you know the car and a talented driver you can make the best out of it.

I really wish the Cheetah had more "oomph". I have never owned an Infernus, that being said, the stock version handles very well.

It's not a million miles away from the big 5 but it's not fast enough to be competitive. It feels quite sluggish compared to the top cars and it suffers from quite heavy understeer and mediocre acceleration.

Seeing as you're in nodo, I would strongly advise keeping your T20 for racing purposes,as it is the fastest car around most tracks but if you're intent on buying a budget race car, then you need look no further than the Turismo. It's a tad slower than the T20 but still very competitive .One of the best handling and most responsive cars in the game. It's looks aren't to everyone's taste (personally I think it's strange but pretty in a weird way) but at $500,000 it's a bargain compared to the other top supers

Actually, Turismo's better for the buck.

OP mentioned racing NoDo, and if he races against people around that level, Infernus won't make it.

If you race against randoms, anything works.

I love my Turismo.

The Infernus is just a little bit too slow to be competitive but it's also a massive handful compared to the competitive cars. Even the Entity is more stable than the Infernus.
