Agent 14 will call you via phone, and will tell you to cone over to the FIB building, and come to floor 49. He then tells you about the missions, weapons and equipment. After the cutscene ends, you will be granted access to new weapons, equipment and missions.
Weapons and equipment will be in the janitors closet of floor 49, while missions being triggered by talking to agent 14.

New weapons:
Akimbo pistols (Pistol, Combat pistol and heavy revolver)
Tazer (Ported into online, kills npcs and takes small damage to players)
Pistol and knife (Left hand holds a knife, right hand holds a pistol)
Decoy grenade

New equipment:
Body bag
Pepper spray
Spy drone
Emp (Shuts of all electric lights in 20 meters)
Backpack (Used as a second wheel, but for equipment)
Laptop (Select certain lights, or areas to shut off lights)

New missions:
Stealth raid (Stealth through an interior with guards, and get an objective in the interior)
Neutralize (Kill everyone in the area while no one being alerted in a certain time limit)
Fugitive (Dodge cops without a vehicle, and having only a knife to kill)
House raid (Sorta like the burglar missions in san andreas)

A taser that does nothing other than ragdoll players would be awesome. Just a nice troll weapon, like the water cannon on the fire truck. Also liking the akimbo, as used in SA and Max Payne. More stealth missions would also be good, but very tedious if done with other players. Seriously, the stealth missions are of decent quality for the amount of times they're used. I wouldn't mind more, they're quite fun and a breath of fresh air

This isn't Watch_Dogs

Had that game been more successful, we would already have a copy cat mode in GTAV. That's my guess.

Who knows... Watch Dogs 2 might become more successful.

Sounds interesting - always wondered, why R* included a stealth system, which isn't useable outside of a few selected missions.

Kinda feel that some of your Ideas arent quite fleshed out yet:

Akimbos - usefullness in RL aside, what would be the advantages/drawbacks in GTA? Just higher rof and lower accuracy?

Pistol and knife - kinda obsolete considering a melee with a gun is already a one hit kill.

Decoy grenade - places a decoy of yourself on the map? Isn't that a bit to futuristic?

Body Bag - does what exactly?

Pepper spray - ""

Spy drone - seems only usefull in missions, where enemies aren't marked on the radar.

emp/laptop - would be extremely hard to implement and not really usefull, considering that the darkness in the game isn't really... well dark...

On a side note - prepare for haters, who think it's more constructive to complain about every DLC thread instead of simply ignoring it.

#2ManyDLCThreads

The mods apparently closed the "Concepts" board, and these threads are now supposed to be in GTASeries Chat, not on GTAO.

I asked in a report the other day, but no mod contacted me to explain the reason why.

Yes, concepts belong in the GTA Series section. There's an option to add a "concepts" flair so they can be organised and recognised as such. :)

Did Watch_Dogs sell over 8 million copies? I wouldn't call it unsuccessful.

Maybe I should have used the word "Popular" to get what I was trying to say more clearly.
