What's more annoying is the job filter is broken. I have mine set to Rockstar created only and all I get is parkour invites. Literally hundreds of them!

When I enter a clothes store I often get the notification pop up that explains about the kill yourself option. It is kind of annoying as it means I have to wait 5 seconds or so until it goes away before I can start looking at the clothes.

The worst one is when you're in the new customizable apartments, you have to wait almost a minute before you can start a heist because of the notification that's ALWAYS reminding you of how to customize your apartment.

You can set frequency of notifications in your settings.

Looks like plenty of people still don't know you won't get phone calls once you've used that contact.

 

EG phone for a bull shark drop and Dom will leave you alone from then on. Get Lester to locate a chopper is another one iirc.

 

The bug where the kill/info feed appears on top of your mugger/other play list still happens though.

I do kinda dislike the job invites that pop up on the left side of the screen, and stack up all the way to the top sometimes at random. I wouldn't mind being able to turn those off and just have the notification be the phone beep.

I think you can but I don't know how. I was watching a Broughy1322 stream the other day and every time he got an invite you could hear the noise but he had to open his phone to see what it was.

can you do said missions by yourself, without friends ? because i'm a loner, and it'll be easier to complete missions on my own because i don't have to worry about trolls f*cking it up....

If you get calls from Ron, Lester, Martin, Dom, Brucie, or Gerald, it's because you haven't called them to request a job, locate a vehicle, or use there abilities, yet. You have no room to complain because you've avoided these calls from the beginning.

It's been a while, but I think that refers to Gang Attacks. If not just try calling him and seeing what the options are (I haven't done this for years). Maybe accept a mission from him?

To be fair they only added the disable-by-using thing in a later patch, so if you answered all the calls prior to this you have to do it again.

This is an unfixed bug from 6m+ so yeah deserved a thread IMO.

 

If IMGUR were working I'd post a screenshot of this in action. It's not a B&M it's a f*cking annoying bug R* are ignoring.

A survival in this case. My 2nd char still gets Ron calls for cratedrops. I told him a few times now that there are no crate drops on CG anymore. He is either high or stalks my lady. I guess both.
