Have you ever wanted to fly the Buzzard or wanted to drive the DLC vehicles in GTA IV now it is possible.

The fourth entry for the car in vehicles.ide is the audio label if I remember right.

 

For example, in the standard vehicles.ide you'll see something like "infernus, infernus, car, INFERNUS, INFERNUS", the second capital INFERNUS is what tells it to use the Infernus sound effects.

 

 

Using this, you simply use whichever matches your car most. One example would be if you had a Honda Civic installed as "civic", it'd make sense to have "civic, civic, car, CIVIC, FUTO" in your custom vehicles.ide.

Adding vehicle is an easy thing to do in IV modding, honestly. Making a new GXT line for added car without having a sound bank issue is the real deal.

Well Fastman92 has made a vehicle audio loader but I have to make it work correctly so also added vehicles have audio and own gxt entries.

There is already a similar mod (http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/eflc-tlad-tbogt-to-gtaiv-vehicles-meld-v3-f10044), but IIRC, it has some issues. Hope your one will be better. And are you going to fix broken lights on TBoGT vehicles, or you just move the files around?

I know that there is a similar mod but I am making better version for example I am making Buzzard´s machine guns and rockets to work and all added vehicles will have their own gxt entries.

The only one I can remember right now is wrong names popping up in the corner of the screen when entering the new, added vehicles from EfLC. But maybe I'm wrong, I'm not sure, I played modded IV last time a log time ago.

Yeah and I was busy with the school and had too f*cking many exams.

Should I add beta TLAD bikes like Revenant found from IV´s files or should I add the TLAD variant of these bikes.

About the BETA Bikes... I'd rather not add them. EFLC ones are enough. Maybe if the BETA Extras would be added to the EFLC vehicles, that would work.

Well actually the use GTA IV vehicle audio atleast for now.

 

 

Yeah, the audio loader won't load EFLC audio yet. But at least you can modify the IV vehicle sounds to sound similar to the EFLC ones, that what I did when I added my cars to IV with the audio loader.
