[REQUEST/HELP] All GTA (3d universe) characters around san andreas

I remember once a website which had few mods including some "turbines mod" and Enterable Hidden Interiors and a few more. It was like a small blog and it had a cool mod which added almost all characters from GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas around map.

Such as:

Ryder in front of his house

Sweet sitting in front of his house

Kendl in front of Johnson house

Madd Dogg somewhere I forgot exactly where

Jethro and that other guy fixing a car in front of doherty

But I can't find the website anymore...

I've tried searching a lot but I had no luck at all. Anyone can tell me if this mod is anywhere else other than on that blog which probably is gone now? Or can someone make a mod like it, or something?

I liked it because (if i remember correctly) you could make Ryder, Sweet, Kendl and some of the other characters join your gang group like if they were gang members or something.

BTW my english is quite bad, sorry.

And Idk if this is right place to post this.

 

EDIT: Forgot to add, it's a GTA:SA mod. But it'll be easy to figure out.

Nobody ever knows that mod?

I am 100% sure I have used that mod before, and that I only found it on a website which had a few other cool mods but I just can't find the mod anymore, same with the website...
