I'd advise an invite-only session where only the people who've registered their names in the respective thread, are invited. Then, if there are any bad applies they can simply be voted out.

I remember a few years back coming across an impromptu meet-up and it was pretty cool everyone just hanging.

I just had gotten my 9F Cabrio. Well all it took was one gun to go off and then it was like real life, hahahaha, people scrambling to their cars, some shooting, chaos.

Aproach slowly be friendly

Try to get aprobation from other player

Throw flare to show ur happiness

Throw many flares everywhere

Now throw an airstrike

Most of peaple will not notice theres a airstrike flare in the middle of other flares

stickybombed car meets, once a modder gave me flare sticks like the one we get when buying a airstrike, i dropped a few for the people in the meet, little did they knew that was just a diversion then i called merryweather for an airstrike, since they all had flare sticks they wont suspect of me throwing a flare haha bombeb the car meet hahaha

 

my favorite is planting a sticky inside the car and blowing the entire meet during the mandatory group pic!

Never expect anything to go smoothly with randoms...even if it's something as casual as a car meet.

I never blow them up, but back in the early days before it was nerfed I used to drive my tank to them unannounced. I was only showing up with it to help protect them from hostile randoms, but at the time they didn't know that and I would get some funny reactions as people scrambled for their cars and scattered.

aistrikes are useless anyway, people have like 10seconds to react from the moment the flare touch the ground, which is enough time to turn on passive mode and get into their car.

I love getting a titan and dropping in to meetings to say hello if you jump just before impact you avoid insurance costs! And the kind warming messages after they are filled with love Hahaha

Achieved it 3 times in a titan twice on last gen and once just after the 900r/sultan RS update and countless times in my buzzard i regularly surprise players suicide bombing them its good fun.
