Franklyn climbs in window to steal m's car...game crash every time

can anyone help please? gta v xbox 360. 1st mission. when franklyn climbs through the window of Michael's house to repo the car...the game crashes...every time. ive tried re-install. 4 other disks. 3 other 360's with different h/drives.....another profile. even tried re-format of the h/drive and re-install... all updates installed... still crashes and locks the 360 at the same point every time.... frustrating. can anyone advise please? thanx for reading.

Try failing the mission 3 times to skip it, Get Franklin killed 3 times and it'll allow you to skip

Thanx AiraCobra ... but it didn't work... tried running straight through the house and failing on purpose. even running into the other rooms..but the game wont let me fail...I just crashes before I get down the stairs...lol will keep trying I suppose... thank you anyway for you're answer

nope..........scratch that last post.... failed 5 or 6 times now.... and the game still crashes.... a complete waste of money buying this new game... I should be re-imbursed and given a free xbox download version instead!!!!!!! maybe that will work....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
